Shipping & Returns

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your tracking information.

Your orders will be delivered with either UPS or DHL. Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package. 

SHIPPING EUROPE

Shipping to countries in Europe has a flat rate charge of 15€. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International shipping has a flat rate charge of 30€. Chez Charlene ships from Portugal, Europe. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Chez Charlene may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS

As an online store we are aware that a customer may be worried if a pair of shoes don't fit, in that case we allow a return within 7 days of receiving the item in the exact condition as it was sent to you otherwise we can't accept it. 

We do not accept returns of clothing or glasses/sunglasses.
